If the desired Wi-Fi network is not visible in the app, follow the steps below:
- Make sure that the Smart Diffuser is connected to the power supply. The LED in the diffuser must flash “orange” or “green”.
- Check WLAN settings: Make sure your network supports 2.4GHz (ok, step 3)
- Update the network list: If no WiFi networks are displayed, refresh the network list using the usual refresh gesture on your smartphone (iOS: “swipe down”). (no success step 4)
- Restart the app: Close the app completely and restart it. Select your diffuser from the overview list, scroll down in the detailed view and press the WiFi symbol (no success, continue with step 5)
- Delete the Smart Diffuser from the app. Select “Add location” again to start the onboarding process from the beginning. (no success, continue with step 6)
- Switch off the fuse: Wait one minute and switch the fuse back on. The Smart Diffuser restarts, which takes approx. 2 minutes.
