How does the subscription model work?

Our subscription works as follows:

• Selection of diffuser and room fragrance in the online store.
• If the fill level falls below 15%, an automatic notification is issued.
• It is possible to change the room fragrance or reorder the current fragrance directly.
• If the room fragrance is not changed on request, the existing room fragrance is automatically redelivered.
• The new room fragrance tab will be delivered by post.
• The monthly cost per room fragrance tab is CHF/€ 27 per subscription.
• 1 room fragrance tab is supplied per delivery.
• The maximum consumption per subscription is 1 room fragrance tab per month (500 operating hours).
