1.1 Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online store. They also apply to all future business relationships without the need for express reference. We do not recognize any conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the business partner unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.
1.2 Contractual partner, conclusion of the contract, correction options
The contract is concluded with Revoltab International GmbH, represented by its German sales company. By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and change your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided for this purpose and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept our offer for the goods in the shopping cart. After submitting your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.
1.3 Contract language, storage of the contract text
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English. We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions on a durable medium. For security reasons, the text of the contract cannot be accessed via the Internet.
1.4 Terms of delivery
Delivery costs may be added to the indicated product prices. Further information on any shipping costs are explained in the individual product offers. We only ship the goods by post; collection by the customer is not possible.

1.6 Right of revocation
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB. The withdrawal period is 14 days. For subscription contracts, including ssWith the exception of All Inclusive subscriptions, Essential subscriptions and room fragrance subscriptions, performance of the service begins immediately after conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the consumer expressly agrees that the execution of the contract will begin and confirms that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal (Section 356 (5) BGB). Entrepreneurs have no right of withdrawal.
1.7 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We reserve title to the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may use the reserved goods in the proper sBusiness operations continuedssthe proceeds from the resalessYou shall assign to us in advance any claims arising from the sale – irrespective of any combination or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item – in the amount of the invoice amount; we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims; however, we can also collect the claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations. We shall release the securities to which we are entitled at your request to the extent that the realizable value of the securities exceeds the value of the outstanding claims by more than 10%.
1.8 Damage during delivery
The following applies to consumers: If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about the defect to the transport company and notify us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will in no way affect your statutory rights or the enforcement of these rights, in particular your warranty rights. However, by doing so you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
1.9 Warranty and guarantees
1.9.1 Liability for defects
We are legally obliged to provide contractualsse products. Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty provisions shall apply. For consumers, the statutory warranty provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence shall apply. For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for newly manufactured goods is one year from the transfer of risk. The following limitations do not apply to:

1.10 Liability
We shall be liable without limitation for damages due to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health or in the event of the assumption of a guarantee. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
1.11 Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers can contact the national European Consumer Center.
1.12 Final provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective country of residence also apply. The place of jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is the registered office of the German sales company.
2.1 Scope of application
These GTC apply as a supplement to the General Terms and Conditions and govern the contractual relationship between the customer and Revoltab International GmbH for the All Inclusive Subscription, the Essential Subscription and the Room Fragrance Subscription.
2.2 Subject matter of the contract
The subscription enables the customer to regularlyssregularlybefore vacancy, room fragrance tabs according to the respective subscription model (All Inclusive, Essential or room fragrancesubscription ) to receive. The matching diffuser is included in the All Inclusive and Essential subscriptions. The diffuser must be purchased separately for the room fragrance subscription (without purchasing the device). The minimum contract term is 6 months for the Essential subscription, 12 months for the All Inclusive subscription and also 12 months for the room fragrance subscription.
2.3 Prices and terms of payment
Payment is made monthly in advance using the payment methods accepted in the online store. All prices include the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs may be charged additionally.
2.4 Delivery of the room fragrance tabs
The room fragrance tabs are delivered automatically according to consumption. The supplier reserves the right to send several tabs together. The prerequisite for automatic delivery is that the last tab delivered has been completely used up. A maximum of one tab per month and diffuser will be delivered. For delays on ssWe accept no liability for damage outside our sphere of influence.
2.5 Using the room fragrance tabs
Room fragrance tabs are exclusivelyssintended for use with the diffuser registered in the subscription.
2.6 Right of withdrawal
For subscriptions (includingsIncluding All Inclusive, Essential and room fragrance subscriptions), the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance withss § 355 BGB. If the service is performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the customer has given their express consent, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 355 BGB. ss § Section 356 (5) BGB.
2.7 Termination
The subscription can be canceled at any time after the end of the minimum term with a notice period of 1 month to the end of the month. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to support@revoltab.com. Cancellation via the user account is not possible. Cancellations by the provider are sent to the address stored in the user account. Tabs that have already been sent but not used will be charged at the unit price published in the online store.
2.8 Liability
The liability regulations according toss Section 1.10 of the General Terms and Conditions apply.
